Reporting to the General Manager, the Production Manager will:

• Provide excellent customer service to maximise profit and enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Use resources to achieve productivity, quality and delivery targets.
• Develop the business to ensure maximum profit.
• Maintain company property and equipment.
• Train and develop a team of employees.
• Create a safe and healthy working environment

As the Production Manager you must demonstrate experience of  leadership with a manufacturing environment, with a key focus on team building and a keen eye for detail.

 

Experience in a technical background of laundering, an engineering bias, and a working knowledge of health and safety would be an advantage.
